So I set an appointment up to get my truck fixed 3 days before appointment date. The owner assured me he worked on Buick Enclaves and he would get my truck back on the road. Everything all good. On the appointment day the owner calls me out of nowhere and says I'm gonna pass on fixing your truck. So unprofessional and caught me off guard. I asked him what happened why he wouldn't work on my truck he was so confident and willing to fix the truck when we spoke 3 days ago? He says I'm retiring and I don't have to work on your truck. Very unprofessional to set up an appointment and cancel the day of for no reason. Wouldn't recommend him. I guess he picks and choose who he provides service to.
