Very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are honest and will not overcharge you, they always let you know ahead what you need to keep your car in shape!

My family broke down and was stranded at a near by gas station over the holiday weekend traveling from NY to NC. No other garage was willing to help due to the holiday. Union Radiator was able to accept our tow and work on our van as soon as they opened after New Years and got us back on the road. The staff were polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment to have my heating system flushed on my Jeep Wrangler. They took my Jeep into the garage on time and I sat and waited for the work to be completed. While I waited another worker explained exactly how the heating system worked and what flushing the system entails and the outcome expected once completed. The quote was approx $165 and the actual charge came to within $10 of that quote. Driving home I had to shut down the heater cause it was blowing so much hot air!! I am now ready for this winter. Service people are friendly and professional. Will be returning in the Spring to flush the A/C system. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly service, reasonable prices, and quality work! I had some muffler system work done, and I was in and out in under an hour. I can't even get my tires rotated at Sam's Club for that amount of time, even with an appointment...

Took my Jeep to have brakes checked as the dash light had flickered, and some tell tale sounds could be heard. They call us back, and say needs new master cylinder. Ok, also was to be inspected, and I added oil change as well as that was overdue. I was notified it was ready, I drive over and pay the bill. $425.... had to leave it sit till after I had someone to follow me back later for pickup. After hours. Bring it home. Making terrible brake sounds. I drive it back. They check again. Call me later, needs brakes and rotors. $286 more. Obviously those brakes were never even looked at. Was my cylinder even bad? How do I know? They offered no refund, discount, nothing. I told them exactly how I felt. Paid the bill, got the keys, and left. I have never written a bad review. As a business owner I know pleasing everyone is difficult. But this is just unacceptable, unsafe, and unethical. Stay away.

Be warned friends. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt last year, but my experience yesterday and today cemented my gut feelings. The brake light was coming on and off in the Jeep and then I began hearing some tell tale squealing (last time I needed new pads it never made a noise) so my man made an appointment to have the brakes checked, and while it was there inspection and oil change. They notified me after we dropped it off that it needed a new master cylinder....ok....had them repair that...paid the bill $400+....brought it home and didnt pay much attention, the idiot light was not lit, trusted it was good. Parked it till this morning. I purposefully listened, no music, etc....terrible bad brakes sounds, grinding and squealing....I drive back up there. Explain the situation. He says we will look at it now. He rides home with me and hears everything i hear. Takes it back. Calls me to tell me needs brakes and rotors. IM FUMING, but politely ask "how could that have passed the inspection that I paid for yesterday?" I go back to pick it up. He has the destroyed brakes as a visual aid to show me....another $286....I Express my feelings about paying for an inspection that obviously was not performed, and questioned whether the master cylinder job was even necessary? How do I believe anything. All he could say was he understands my concern. That he could get the mechanic who worked on my master cylinder to come tell me it was bad, because he's so trustworthy, and I declined. I explained that I have been in business for 8+ years and would never accept payment for services not rendered, or a product that could not be used. I explained that your reputation as a business is the most important thing you have. And that once that's ruined, it's very difficult to reestablish. Still offered no solution, discount, refund, nothing. Paid bill, got the keys, left. This is the first time I have EVER done anything like this. But I am SO tired of being taken advantage of for being too nice, or being a woman....I have ZERO sympathy. Does my little opinion really matter? Hopefully it will simply prevent anyone else from being mistreated at this establishment. Just because someone seems polite does not mean they are not raking you over the con coals. I will leave reviews on every platform. Find ANYWHERE else, for your wallet, and safety.
