“The only problem was that you had to really slam the drivers side door or it would not close all the way and when I went to start the truck after we got it packed up and the first 2 times I tried to start it, it would not start but when I turned it the 3rd time it started. I just thought you guys might want to know just in case you need to take a look at it. It totally slipped my mind yesterday a when I brought it back to drop it off.”
“Rented a Penske truck. Picked up at Shirn's in Williamsport, PA. The staff at Shirn's were very friendly and helpful in the process, explaining everything and giving help in the rental process. The truck was ready for pickup on appointed time and place. Would definitly use these businesses again, as all went well in the rental and the trip. Folks at Shirn's also told us about the SML (Simple Moving Labor), available nationwide to help in any aspect from loading, to moving, to unloading. We did use the unloading service at destination, which turned out to be a good decision and an easy, worry free experience . Thanks to all who helped us. You're great.”
