If I could give it 0 stars, I would! This establishment is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Unorganized, garbage on the floor throughout the place, and God knows what else is on the floor. You can barely get down the aisles at any given point, there's just stuff EVERYWHERE all the time. 1 cashier while 3 others stand around looking lost. It's shameful. A bucket with a "we're hiring" sign on it asking for names and numbers. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I'd be ashamed.

FD Drivers, use 180 to Mansfield Exit to 3rd St. Follow 3rd street and turn left onto Grant St, you can make it. Then turn left onto 4th st. Sometimes you can go into the first entrance you get to back back out of the other to make blocking traffic easier.
However if there are too many cars in the parking lot you will have to back in from the St. It has a dock. Once you're in it's easy to back up.
4th St is a VERY busy street.
IF you're coming from the memorial ave store, just go back out to Hepburn st, turn right onto Hepburn, go to the 2nd Light and turn right, that is 4th st. When you get to the store, go in the first entrance, out the other and back up to the dock.

This is the most unprofessional dollar store in the town of Williamsport. If you tell them the price on the shelf says one price and it's coming up different, too my understanding the employee is suppose to check the price on the shelf. These lazy people don't wanna do their job at all. Horrible service!!!????

This family dollar has a decent stock, fairly clean and prices on most items are reasonable. The staff..... it's 3 or 4 different checkout people that aren't right out rude, but could at least be a little more pleasant. I hear customers asking, "How's your day?" And they just look at you as if you've insulted them. There are very kind workers there. I've needed help looking for something and she stopped what she was doing to help. Even going into the back to see if what I needed was back there (which it was). I rated it 3 ☆'s because it's 50/50 what I'm gonna get.

Only go there since it's close to my apartment and if I'm in need of something. Some of the staff are friendly. Just not a big selection and sometimes over priced for the convenience.Update: most of the good staff are gone or work mornings. Evenings are not the best times to go.
