This is the worse pharmacy in Williamsport! Went to pick up Covid medicine and the young kid at the drive thru told me my insurance didn’t cover it and the cost was $1100. I spent the next four hours trying to resolve the insurance issue; only to learn that cvs didn’t have the medicine in stock. I think the young kid at the drive thru should have started the conversation with “we don’t have the medicine” instead of “it costs $1100”
This is just one instance of their incompetence—avoid this place like the plague! Weis on river ave is a much better pharmacy

Stopped on way through to grab coug drops and snack... wasn't expecting the clerk to yell at me. Apparently if you use the self checkout you arent allowed to pick up your bag of items while paying, makes the machine and employees act a bit odd. Oh well, at least I don't have to ever come back. :)

The people that work in the Pharmacy seem miserable except for one woman. I pray that when I have to visit, that she is working. Otherwise, I often feel like I am bothering the staff. Management needs to address this store's performance.

They run out of certain medications a lot. This has happened to us a few times. I'm currently switching pharmacies.

Lazy workers. Tried to use the supposed 2 lane full service drive they pharmacy. Waited in line for 30 mins pulled up to the second lane only to be told lane 2 doesn’t work. How about putting up a sign that says lane 2 closed? Would give zero stars if able.

Don't come here for your vaccine. I stopped by the pharmacy today to inquire about getting the covid vaccine. The woman they had working the counter seemed to have no idea that we're in a pandemic and CVS is advertising vaccinations. I left disgusted and unvaccinated. Maybe they'll have heard of covid when I try at Rite Aid. I sure hope so. I don't know how anyone working at the pharmacy of a CVS can have no knowledge of coronavirus or the vaccine for it. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else if you're looking to be vaccinated

I have been to all the Cvs Stores in the area and this one is by far the lowest rating in the area. Unfortunately it is the lowest that I have been to out the ones I have been to in PA and also in Northern and Southern California. Now I am referring to the pharmacy area mostly. I don't like to leave low reviews but when you have had non stop bad experience with staff and performance it should be said.

Cvs is a top notch store with one major flaw. No public restrooms. Having chron's disease sometimes it's hard to shop there. Shame on them for not being able to accommodate people with disabilities. Its 2021 and it's a major chain store. The have bathrooms just not public ones. Even if they had one unisex one would raise my opinion of them. I guess profits come before customer conveniences.

Unable to fill prescription due to “running out” of medication that’s filled monthly. Not something you would expect from a commercial pharmacy, only showing an unorganized leadership within this facility.

If I could give it zero stars I would. How can a pharmacy be out of medication every single month it's time for a script to be filled. It's the equivalent of McDonald's telling you sorry no beef today. Horrible management. Your a pharmacy how about keeping pills in stock
