The service department at Valley Chevrolet is a major disappointment. On the day I PAID them to provide service on my vehicle before embarking on a 2500 mile road trip, I received absolutely no communication. I gave them a list of items to perform--oil change, tire rotation, check brake wear, and wash car if possible. Dropped the car off Sunday for my Monday appointment. I waited until 2 to call to see what was going on and was told that the service "advisor" had called me at 1130 to tell me the car was ready. I checked my call history--no call! Same exact thing happened on my previous visit. Tbey didn't tell me the car would or could not be washed, and did not give me the brake pad measurements as requested. Frankly, I don't know whether anything was even done; that is how little confidence I have in this place. Sad...

Went for a simple oil change and they sold my private information to SiriusXM Radio and possibly other junk mail marketers. I specifically told them when I gave them my home address that I did not want anything in the mail. The mailers from SiriusXM reference the date and time of my visit to this place for the oil change.

Sales staff was great. Lou was helpful and listened to what we wanted. HOWEVER, the service department is a different story. Hard to get an appt, no Saturday hours, and trying to get a loaner is always a hassle. I work in Scranton and with only weekday hours I need a loaner to get to work and back. I’m always told they don’t know if they will have one and then the last lady who I talked to was rude and hung up on me. I have since been taking my car to another dealer for service.

Excellent Dealership great people I can’t say anything bad about the place ..... 2nd vehicle purchased from them .... definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to get there !!!!!

Recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax, Certified Pre-Owned. After reflecting on the entire experience for a week, I have settled with a 3-star rating, which is almost entirely based on the product that we received. The customer service was, at the very best, sub-par. After looking at the car once before the previous day, we stopped in at 2PM ready to purchase. Even though we had half of the entire purchase price of the vehicle as a down payment, we did not leave the lot until around 7PM. While the sales consultant was pleasant, he incorrectly informed us that a vehicle could not be purchased by someone who does not hold a valid driver's license. We had done our research well before hand, and new that this was absolutely not true, as a license is only to operate a motor vehicle, not to own or purchase one. After informing him of his mistake, he checked with his manager who confirmed that we were correct. I would expect a car salesman to have a thorough knowledge of all Pennsylvania laws regarding the purchase of an automobile, in the same way that I would expect a realtor to know various aspects of real estate law. Additionally, and perhaps most frustrating, was the Sales Managers testy attitude regarding a thorough reading of the sales contracts. I advised my friend who was the purchaser to thoroughly read through everything she was about to sign, as it was a large purchase and shouldn't be done carelessly. Apparently he did not like that, especially after trying to have her sign a checklist regarding the condition and items in the vehicle(the owners manual, etc) that she had not checked off herself, and before reviewing any of these items with her. I highly doubt that if he himself were making a large purchase he would lackadaisically sign wherever someone told him he ought to. Overall, the only aspect of our experience that merits a 3 star rating was, as I said, the product received. We are very happy with our vehicle, and will certainly not be taking it back to Valley Chevrolet for any routine maintenance, or for any other reason other than to possibly gain shelter in the event of a world apocalypse, in which case I would think twice before entering its doors.

I recently purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport from Valley . Felt like a VIP from start to finish. The staff is so knowledge and also friendly . They gladly showed me what was available . Offered a test drive , obviously took that offer lol. Answered all my questions and even told me things that I didn't even think of . After the test drive we talked about numbers and I'm a tough shopper. I gotta say I felt they came at me with a great offer so I took it . Since it was about 7pm, I filled out all the finance paperwork so they can run it the next morning . Promptly got a call the next morning to tell me I'm approved and they scheduled for me to come in to finish the deal. They even graciously offered me a pick up service so I didn't have to find someone to drop me off . Shoutout to Will, Ken, Blake and everyone else at Valley for making it so easy and fun to buy a vehicle
