400 Kidder St, Wilkes-Barre“Dropped an Alfa romeo giulia off for repairs they told me it would take a week....it's been a month already and still waiting. Each time I call weekly I'm told it's next in line and I'll receive a call with updates. The calls never come and they act like I shouldn't be calling myself to figure out what's going on. Overall terrible customer service. They just get more rude each time I call which is once every Monday. Definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere if possible for repairs.
UPDATE: after speaking to the parts and service manager directly he was able to rectify the situation, give me an actual ETA on when car would be repaired and then finished it even sooner than projected. I would take my car here for repairs again.”

“I bought a 2016 Honda accord this morning. I was heavily skeptical because of the prior reviews. I shared this with Tony and he was able to get me a warranty (through a warranty company.
They don't do dealership warranties).
Along with the warranty, while I was on the lot and actually making the deal, two separate older gentleman walked in asking about vehicles and both claimed to have purchased multiple vehicles through this dealership. Both men seemed to have had great experiences in the past. I was still skeptical however, so after the deal, I went to my trusted mechanic and got it inspected by him.
He said everything looks good on the car, and if it's maintained properly it should last me a good 250k miles. Now I cannot speak for anyone who has been here in the past or for any other vehicles; however, my personal experience was excellent. I also want to mention they do sell used cars here so there is no long term guarantee, but my mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle that Tony didn’t make apparent before the purchase.
I also want to mention that Tony personally called me later in the evening to ask what my mechanic said and to make sure I was happy with the deal.”

“So I went in today to inquire about purchasing a car and what I can get and let me tell you Nicaya is an amazing person to work with on that she is very kind and straightforward but she will always explain everything to you on what she’s doing what your signing and she doesn’t pressure you to buy a car right then and there if someone reads this please disregard the other reviews and go experience it for yourself if you are in need of a car their is always 3 sides of the story hers, theirs, and the truth.
