Went for an oil change at the quicklube and was told that they no longer will do oil changes if you have a service plan with Jeep Wave. Was told there was an Express line at the service center and that no appointment was needed. Arrived at the service center and was told it would be 1hr and 30 minute wait. The sales team should of disclosed this when I purchased my vehicle.

Absolutely Terrible experience. I was told my car needed a part fixed to restore my all wheel drive function which costed me 1,500$ to repair only for my light to come back on. I took my car back to motorworld after paying 1,500 and they now told me I have to spend am extra 2,500 to fix what I thought was already fixed.The transparency here is nonexistent and they will rob you of your hard earned money. I will never be returning and I have never once had a good experience here.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter at Motorworld. I was told my first three oil changes were free at the dealership. We brought our Jeep in for the third oil change and they said it expired in June. Nobody told me there was an expiration date on it. They also wanted $117 for an oil change. What a joke! My daughter's Jeep has less than 15,000 miles on it and her BFGoodrich KO2 All Terrain factory tires that came with the Jeep are bald. The dealer told us there is nothing they will do for that. They said the tires from the factory are softer than the tires you buy from the tire shops. They said most only get 12,500 miles. Motorworld JEEP has absolutely horrible service and support. Please consider buying your Jeeps from other better dealers or you will regret your decision like I do. I think by law they should have to disclose the factory tire issues and date limitations on oil changes they promise. I will be following up with the better business bureau and the PA office of Attorney General as I belive what they are doing is illegal.

Took my 2020 grand Cherokee in for inspection The car is in perfect condition with less than 20,000 miles I got a phone call from the service tech telling me it doesn’t pass inspection because The wipers do not pass inspection then gave me astronomical price to put wipers on it, and I told her I already have wipers for it I was informed I could come up and put them on or have their tech put them on for $10 apiece I never in my life had a car not pass inspection because of wipers when I arrived, I found the car in the lot and changed the wipers out. I cannot believe there was a separation in the rubber on the end of the blade less than a quarter of an inch. they could’ve just told me to replace them when I get home sounds like it was just a money grab Will go elsewhere for inspections now

1st I send the car to get inspected . Waited all day for them to tell me it failed inspection Then they order the wrong part ripped out the old part and being that they ripped it out they couldn't put it back on so they try to send us home with no car until we spoke up and then we were offered a rental .
NOW after new part was added and car passed inspection we were offered a (ULTIMATE DETAIL) for our inconvenience all it was is a hand wash and wax and interior wipe down . .
As a 25 yr retired master detailer that was not a detail job .
Detail job means all of the inside from top to bottom then you buff to remove scratches and then you use your swirl pad to remove the swirls from buffer then you hand wax all I got when I called it looks better then when you brought it in
