Dropped an Alfa romeo giulia off for repairs they told me it would take a week....it's been a month already and still waiting. Each time I call weekly I'm told it's next in line and I'll receive a call with updates. The calls never come and they act like I shouldn't be calling myself to figure out what's going on. Overall terrible customer service. They just get more rude each time I call which is once every Monday. Definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere if possible for repairs.
UPDATE: after speaking to the parts and service manager directly he was able to rectify the situation, give me an actual ETA on when car would be repaired and then finished it even sooner than projected. I would take my car here for repairs again.

The service department experience has been great. When I had my vehicle in for an engine replacement, they provided me with a loaner for the entire 5 and 1/2 months and kept me informed on the status of the service work.

I was interested in a Durango and kept being put off saying it’s in service was scheduled for appointment and 1/2 hour before was called and said sorry there was just a down payment put on the vehicle very very bad business practices

Bought a Vehicle from dealership about a year ago. Perfect for what we were seeking both for the family and price. Just attended the dealership Christmas greeting fir the kids to meet Santa and a snack. Amazed that not only our salesman remembered exactly who we were but also the staff was simply outstanding! Definitely recommend 100% Thank to all the staff for everything! The Bond family!

I recently bought a used 2021 Cherokee Trailhawk from here. This was my first car buying experience and I was nervous going into it. However, they were extremely helpful and were able to answer every question I had. They were very responsive. They also were very transparent throughout the process, making sure I knew what I was getting into and I never felt like they were forcing anything on me or trying to screw me over. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Best car purchase process I’ve ever had!I am an extremely happy customer after buying a 2020 used jeep from them.Mike Williams was excellent and took great care of my girlfriend and I, answered every question we had up front and honestly.This isn’t your traditional used car experiences they really work with us and our budget not pushy and trying to sell you everything under the sun.Jeri was awesome went through all the papers with us. Made she we weren’t signing anything without understanding it fully first.This place is top of the charts and would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10

If you cringe (or become nauseated) at the thought of buying a new car, I can completely empathize. I put off buying a car all summer despite knowing exactly what I wanted. KP Alfa Romeo had one priced about 10% below market price. So I got my indigestion under control and called them. Ben answered the phone and had me calm in about 60 seconds. He also explained that their process is very different than the usual car buying process. They text and email. No more half days spent at the dealership!I had the best test drive with Mike the next day. (When you meet him you’ll inexplicably want to hug him.??) Ken did the valuation on my trade and was extraordinarily patient when he went over the all the numbers with me. ❤️I communicated most with Jeri in finance, and she is brilliant. We texted, we chatted, we went over contractual details- all with full transparency and lots of laughs. She guided me through the process at every step. ❤️They turn the car buying paradigm upside down in favor of busy and discerning buyers. (Someone hug Mike please.)

I had a fantastic experience with my recent Alfa Romeo purchase. Mike and Jeri were amazing to work with. I am an out of state buyer, and they had everything ready to go for me once I arrived.
