The guardianship program is very awful do not trust them ever because they do not want you to succeed because they are only out for themselfs i know from personal experience they have been very mean and inconsiderate of me and my happiness and well being. the guardianship program is made up of evil and selfish people.

I was so lucky to have found Kathy Mericle nearly 7 years ago. She is consistent, grounded and truly compassionate. As my counselor, she was there for me through so many hardships that continue to this day. The reason for the number of stars has nothing whatsoever to do with the care and service I received from this woman but instead has to do directly with the business itself. I am fully disappointed with the way this establishment terminated my professional relationship with my counselor. Rather than allow her to stay and reduce her hours, it seems they forced her out instead, giving me approximately 3 weeks notice. After nearly 7 years of talking with this woman almost weekly, I was given barely any closure. This is a prime example of the blatant carelessness for the mental health of individuals that exists. It’s no wonder there are so many issues :(

Overall a great organization. Wonderful people to deal with. It was sad to hear the therapist was retiring, people have the right to move on. I have received so much help from them they are truly an amazing organization.

I have to Thank, Nancy Hudack for making sure my Aunt Della has always been in facilities that have taken good care of her! My Aunt Della lived as long as she did, and just recently had the best end of life experience because of Nancy and all her staff that came to my aunts room to visit her, the social worker, the chaplain, the hospice nurses, everyone was just amazingThank you all so much !

Finding families is a weird organization that works with children and youth sending out in appropriate letters to your family making it seem as if your kids are going to the state. Not appropriate to reach out to peoples family they are not involved with for a reason!!!!

Never have I ever, hated being at this place. People always try to say that places like these or even getting "help" is bad and they try to make you feel even worse about things. Not here. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone who is having an issue and needs to talk with someone. If I could give more than a regular 5 star, I would give double or even triple.
