This store is okay but the two ladies working the jewelry counter were RUDE AND LAZY asked for kids earrings and was told over there passed the watches and waved toward them. When i said i cant find them they didnt care to help. WILL NEVER try to buy ANY jewelry again!!!!

This is a big store with top quality mdse at reasonable prices. Fantastic sales. The staff I've met are always willing to help and suggest items as well. Free parking up to 2 hours. Store has 2 entrances front in E.Main and rear by WBRE Broadcasting lobby where I say inside for a few minutes watching live broadcast. There is a lot to do around Boscov's and it's all free

I just love this place. I been shopping here since it was The Boston Store. They carry such quality products at an incredibly low price. They seriously have anything you could want that isn't a food product however they do have a vast array of chocolates and snacks in their lower level across from their Bargain Section where I am pretty sure it's safe to say the stuff is a steal. Please keep one of the last amazing true department stores going and stop by and get your BOSCOV on today. ?

Boscov's in Wilkes-Barre, PA is a real department store shopping experience. With multiple floors of merchandise ranging from womens-mens-baby-children apparel, home goods, jewelry and confections. All at reasonable prices. A word of caution is the parking lot is frightening. Dark, Pothole riddled and dirty. On our recent visit the escalators sounded awful with creaking and grinding noises that would scare most people.
