I have had this car, not even two weeks and my starter went on it. Not to mention the headache to even get this car. And trade in nightmare. I have 30 days. I want my money back!!!!

So I went in today to inquire about purchasing a car and what I can get and let me tell you Nicaya is an amazing person to work with on that she is very kind and straightforward but she will always explain everything to you on what she’s doing what your signing and she doesn’t pressure you to buy a car right then and there if someone reads this please disregard the other reviews and go experience it for yourself if you are in need of a car their is always 3 sides of the story hers, theirs, and the truth. So don’t judge the place by the reviews . I recommend if you need a car but are low income go here

Drug addicts. That's why they only sell lemons and demand double the money they contracted. Nobody picks up when you call. It's just an all around a disaster. I was lucky enough to NOT get a car from them bc nobody is ever there, although the signs are lit up and say "open". Please go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE. These people won't be in business much longer

Me and my husband went in to get a vehicle, I was told it was a thousand down then the sale boy goes out and I guess his manager changed it to 1500 and I actually was considering buying the vehicle but I was asked some questions that honestly made uncomfortable. The sales rep came in and asked if I would be traveling to New York then ran back out to tell manager. This question seemed irreverent as its none of their concern. The conversation should had stayed in topic of purchasing the vehicle . Im just shocked and I couldn't believe I answered the question. it makes me question the quality of vehicle also the quality of the company as a whole

I give them three stars because of the saleswoman I spoke to her she was very friendly and answered all my but they had a very poor selection and their prices for used vehicles were a bit high and the offer for a trade in with very low I came in with a 2015 Hyundai Veloster with 42,000 mi on it they offered me $1,000 beautiful car nothing wrong with it and that's all we're going to give me for a trade in I just bought the car a year ago for for 9000 truck I was looking at they wanted $6,000 and eighteen thousand for the I didn't expect it to be that much I was thinking more on the line at 10,000 + 3000 down my vehicle would have covered that down payment

My name is Desean Walls I brought a car from a Americas choice on 11/8. The car blew up 12/27. Americans choice lost the case in court and refused to pay me and made State Farm pay them the worth of the car. This is a money hungry company. I was desperate for a car too once but if you are thinking bout Americans choice as a place to show let me tell you that you are not that desperate for a car. They sell lemons. I will show anybody wanting to see court documents of them losing just messages me. Don’t make the mistake I did. I’m the 4 car fire in company history and I was inside the care. They also secretly repossessed the car so they can get my 6 thousand from State Farm. They are a EVIL company only looking to make money. They interest rates and business practices are down right evil. Stay away!!! Stay away!!! They employees review show be taking wit a grain of salt. The 1 star reviews are extremely accurate

So this might take me all day but let me explain why you should not trust this place and it would be a waste of your time...I bought a 2012 Ford Focus July 28th and within 2 days the transmission went on the car. When I went down there to talk about what was the next steps they said it will take 3 months to get the transmission in and I can take the car back because they rested the system and its working and then the audacity to say that if it happens again that they can keep resetting it. Like a dummy I agreed because at this point what could I do they said they do not give loaners. within 24 hours it shuts off again so I bring the car back and they actually trade my car out for something equally worse. This time I get a 2013 Nissan Sentra, the second day I have that car the gears lock and it doesn't let me turn it on.... TRANSMISSION.... they take it back for 4 days and in the mean time I rented a car from enterprise that cost me $450 for the rental and $300 separate deposit that I got refunded. Nevertheless I get the car back and took it for a 2hr ride to get my kids from NY and that was the biggest scare of my life. The car trembled and shut off every time I came to a stop, that means stop signs, redlights, and behind cars. So needless to say we were on the highway and it shuts off and almost get into the worse accident and lets not even touch on the emotional distress my kids went through. I push the car home which means I had to stop every 30 minutes to let the car cool down for it to turn on. With tears in my eyes I get to Americas Choice with videos and the car still doing the same thing and the Manager gets aggravated because i hung up the phone on her and treats me the worse.... I leave the car so they can take it to "their mechanic" and within 3 days they say that the car should be good because they couldnt figure out the problem and THERE IS NO PROBLEM! with video and all they give me the car and say theres nothing they can do. I take the car back at this point for just taking videos of what its doing to show that they didnt take a look at the car. I currently have 2 weeks worth of videos and when I tell them they dont say oh well. Hold on people i am FINANCING THIS CAR FOR 11000.00. THATS NOT WORTH $1000. Today I get a call for a payment and they said that they are doubbling up although they said my first payment of 250 would be due the first for all of the trouble but THE MANAGER CALLS AND SAID THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE FIRST PAYMENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE TROUBLES EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISED IT THROUGH TEXT SHE SAID SHE WANTS THE MONEY!!!! MA'AM I WANT A CAR THAT WORKS FOR A WEEK/MONTH! 1000 DOWN AND DOWN THE DRAINS. I AM SUING WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE I HAVE I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN!!

stay far, far away. bought a car from here for 12,000, none of the car features work, there are holes in the interior, has been in and out of the shop and i haven’t even had it for an entire year. not only are they extremely unhelpful but they do not provide any receipts about what services were done to your car. on top of that, there is little to no communication on any end from the staff there, regardless of your willingness to compromise or consistent payments toward the company. save your money and get a cheap car from a car lot, it’ll be the same quality anyway
