I dont normally post reviews but I had to in this case. I needed my car towed twice within 48 hours. I used two different companies and my experience with each couldn't be more opposite. Superior really showed that they were superior in both customer service and experience over the other company. They deserve 5 stars. The superior driver was so pleasant. He was also patient and took the time to figure out how to put my car into neutral with a broken gear shift. This prevented my car from being damaged while pulling it on and off the tow truck which was something the other company did not do. I cant express how happy I was with the service I got from Superior.

My van broke down on the side of a very busy road and my small children were with me. He came quickly, and didn't have a problem waiting to load up the van so that my kids could stay in the car until our ride arrived. Honestly they were great. My work schedule is crazy and he was flexible with me even cancelling last minute and rescheduling for the next day. Price was fair. 10/10 would recommend.

Jim was the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous Towing Professional I've ever worked with. My tow had some challenging routes to navigate and Jim never fretted nor complained. He helped me with my vehicle, including providing power, air and a helping shoulder in giving it a push. Was a cheap tow, all the rest wanted about $150, the guy named Jim came earlier then he said, was polite and asked only for a small amount of money to flat bed tow my vehicle. Id highly recommended this to anyone trying to save money as the service was top notch and safe.

This company is a complete rippoff. They charge you whatever they want. Pretty much a scam. Good luck in a snowstorm. They will take complete advantage of the situation, like they did to me. Thanks for taking advantage of a veteran. Hope you feel good about that. I'll be sure to let my friends know.
