Kleckner & Sons are the best I have dealt with. Our double oven installation was not a straight-forward project, but Kleckner took control of the project for us, coordinated the electrician and cabinetry pro, and did a very clean installation. The results are exactly what we envisioned. Special shout-out to Darrian and Devin, who answered all my questions and came through on every single commitment that they made. I highly recommend Kleckner & Sons for your appliance needs if you want the job done right with no games.

We recently purchased all new kitchen appliances from their Whitehall location. We were interested in the GE Cafe series in the color white. Jennifer greeted us and helped us go thru each appliance and all the great features they have. She was very knowledgeable on the equipment. They were able to deliver that same week. Delivery day, the guys removed all my old appliances and installed the new ones. Kyle, Adam and Anthony all were friendly and hard working. They did a wonderful job. They tested all my new appliances and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Kleckner & Sons!

Great sales, service and installation. Dave and Brandon did a fantastic job with a careful and complete install. Nadia was very helpful for sales in helping me purchase the best item for my needs. Will be a repeat customer in the future.

every thing was excellent. Nadia Pletz did a great job as our sales associate. She showed us different models, explained everything well and we were not at all rushed. When we were finished, we made a purchase the same day--A Frigidaire Gallery Range and a Frigidaire Refrigerator. The delivery by Mike and Nathan was great. They were careful both with the instillation and making sure everything was in order. They cleaned up well and removed our old appliances. Elaine and I would strongly recommend Kleckner's to everyone. We are so happy we went here rather than a "Big Box store." Shopping at a locally owned place is also a big plus. Please consider using Kleckner's for your next purchase and you will be happy.

We had a dishwasher installed by Kevin on 9/19/24. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, timely, etc. You could easily see he cared about the customer experience on the install from taking out the old, installing the new, connecting everything, and making sure the new dishwasher worked as expected. Kevin also showed the features and how to use the dishwasher. Kevin cleaned up the entire workspace and left our house clean.
This is why we love Kleckner & Sons. It's at least the 3rd time we have used them for appliances over the years. We will continue to use them in the future. Their prices are great, but their service is the best you will find anywhere. You CANNOT get this kind of service and knowledge from big box stores. You just can't. I highly highly recommend the mom and pop Kleckner & Sons store in Whitehall for all of your appliance needs.

Justin and Brandon did an exceptional job with delivery and installation of our new appliances. They took great care as to not scratch or damage anything and installed the new refrigerator and stove in very tight areas. They took great pride in their work to make sure that we were satisfied with the outcome.

We purchased a new range hood from Kleckner and son's three weeks after having our new range and refrigerator installed by Justin and Brandon. Justin and Brandon came back to install the new hood and again they did an exceptional job. They were very professional about the install and took care to install the new hood without any problems. They cleaned everything up when they finished and took great care to make sure everything was in working order before they completed the install. Thanks to Justin and Brandon for a great job.

Called for an appliance hookup. The woman who took the call was very efficient and very knowledgeable. Making the appointment was easy.
The guys arrived on time. Mike and Nathan. The work was done quickly and done well. They knew what they were doing

A little dissatisfied with the fact that my refrigerator was never ordered for day promised. Truck apparently came late! 5:00pm. Good for freezer sat out until then! Electric range came with staples coming out of door seal! I called and complained right away. Expensive appliance and already issues. Hopefully it will be rectified.

Keeping me informed throughout the process! Today, Charles and Kyle arrived to deliver and set up! These two are very courteous and respectful!
