The guy we dealt with today was terrible. First he claimed that they couldn't align our truck because the wood in the back made it too heavy. Then, he was snarky and rude, giving us the run around by first saying it would take an hour or longer for the truck. Then calls 15 minutes later once we had left to say come get it. Just all around bad communication and customer service from them today. Disappointing.

Owner was very rude and didn’t put my truck on their alignment machine. Said I had too much weight in the back with only a few 4x4’s in the bed. Not very customer friendly.Services: Vehicle Inspection

The mechanics are great, the are professionals that do great work and have a high ethical standard. I went to a commercial mechanic shop and they claimed all types of repairs. I took it to Pizzuto's and was pleased.
