My 2 nieces one went to Elegant Details and because they are so great they were booked so my other niece went to my salon of 10+years! Well my salons gel nails fell off the next day and Elegant Details Gels still going strong almost a month later!!!

They now accept credit/debit cards as my last visit they did not and only accepted cash. Hard to pay that way when a total is not known and tip would need to be determined afterwards. A salon of this caliper only has one bootle of curly hair dressing for the entire shop to share . My husband had to "fix" the uneven areas when I got home..I was a bit disappointed ?
Hair type: Long. Different textures throughout
Stylist: Stylist listened to what I wanted and did not "steal" my long cut hair...(this has been done before at a different salon)

We had nail party for my daughter's wedding last week at the Salon. They were fantastic! They fit 13 of us in and did a great job with all of us! Everyone was happy! We loved the atmosphere and all of the employees were so nice! Thanks for making the day a special event for my daughter and all of us!

If I could give a 0 I would! I rarely write reviews but oh my goodness!!! Unprofessional for starters. Everyone’s was running around, not knowing what to do. The workers were very very RUDE! Very stuck up. I went in to get my hair styled and a facial. The facial was fine, I could hear all the noise from the salon and faith had rushed the end of the facial to the point I had lotion that wasn’t even rubbed in still on my face. My style on the other hand was just awful. I showed a picture and it was NOTHING like what I wanted. I had asked the stylist multiple times to fix something and she would not listen to me. I requested to talk to the owner and every time someone said they were going to get her, they disappeared. After an HOUR of waiting I left! I will never be returning and I recommend you do the same

I recommend this salon to everyone, Julianne and Lexy are my favorite stylists, never had a bad haircut here, it's not possible, everyone is very professional and friendly, highly recommended!!!

My mom treated me to a pedicure, and I was stunned at how unprofessional the experience. A sloshy basin was used as there were no pedicure chairs with attached tubs. No massage cream was made up, so that step was just skipped. The girls shared one supply cart between 3 clients. Not a $50 pedicure. My mom went back against my advice, and saw the stylist take hot water out of the coffee pot to use in her basin. She burned her feet. Mom spoke to the owner, who begrudgingly gave her a $10 discount. Again, no massage, and mom ended up with a toenail issue that needed a doctors care. Two terrible experiences.Service: Pedicure

First time there to get a basic manicure. Google has a little trouble getting you to the driveway/parking lot but their sign helps. Inside is nicely decorated, spa vibes, and clean. All the employees are very friendly. Kayla did a beautiful job on my nails and I will go back next time for a mani/pedi. Price, I feel, was on par or even a little better.

$370.00 for highlights and haircut is criminal. I will post my receipt. I was told It was so much because I have thick hair. I was expecting to pay around $200.00. This is what it had cost me in upscale salons in Shadyside. I was NOT told ahead of time what cost to expect. The owner's FAITH would not get on the phone and talk to me. I didn't realize the charge until I got home. My credit card was scanned and no need to sign. BEWARE ASK ABOUT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They lost my business
