I walked in; lady didn’t say a word to me. Not a “Hi, how can I help you”, not a “Hi” Or “Hello”. There was one other person in the store. I walked up to the lady and she was not nice, so… 1 star!( I’m black shopping in an upper class mostly white suburb. So I take extra offense to bad customer service!)

Wow, the vibe there is just really weird. There are signs all over the store about surveillance and return policies which made me feel like a criminal and burden rather than a customer. The associates behind the counter ignored me for a long uncomfortable period of time before ringing me up.

An eclectic mix of playthings for all ages. The store is well stocked and easy to navigate. It was a treat for my daughter to find several unique items that made the trip well worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

First time visiting this toy store. We came here for my daughter to meet Kayla and Kalli, the Youtubers from PurpleStars02. The store has a good variety of toys and children's activities. They have a large selection of Squishmallows, but the prices are high. The toy store is small but very well stocked. The customer service was good and very organized for the event. If you are looking for a good variety of educational toys and Squishmallows, and don't mind paying a little more, then this is a good place to shop.

I shop here frequently and have purchased many gifts over the past couple of months. I recently had bought a light-up basketball and returned it with the receipt as it was defective and would not hold air. The owner of the store I believe was very rude to me when I tried to return it. She asked if I had the box in which I did not but said I had the receipt. The other lady working the register who was very nice returned the item for me and apologized. The customer service is lacking here. Not sure I’ll go back due to the rudeness of the owner.

Stopped in for my daughter to look around. She found lots of great things and chose a few. Prices are competitive. We asked the staff for their opinion on some slime. They were friendly and helpful! The staff are very nice and make this shop worth a visit. Will definitely be back when we return to visit the area.
