Well at 3:29 pm I tried to get a gift for my mother. Store hours on line say 3:30 pm.They locked the door before 3:30. It would have taken 1 minute to get the item and check out, but obviously they do not care about customer service. Have bought here for so many years but since they changed locations from the plaza near giant eagle service has definitely declined.

My husband bought me a beautiful necklace and bracelet from her 3 years ago on our visit to the area. Today we revisited this beautiful store and left with 3 gifts for friends. Their selection of gifts and jewelry are beautiful, unique and affordable.

Looking for a special gift for a friend? You are sure to find something (many things) at Gifted Hands! So many beautiful pieces of jewelry and cute gifts for anyone on your list for the holidays. Why not pick up a few things for yourself. It is nice to give to others and nice to take care of ourselves at the same time! My visit to the store yesterday was wonderful and I can't wait to return again with my friends to shop! Store is locally woman owned. Support the small businesses in the area.

Amazing gifts here, but they're very expensive, even for the area. 10 dollars for a tube of lotion. 24 dollars for a coozy. 6 dollars for lip balm. 14 dollars for a bar of soap.

I was just in the Wexford store and there was a misunderstanding about a holiday plate that I wanted to exchange and the gift receipt that was taped to it. I get that the policy was on the receipt and I missed the fine print and the deadline of a day they were actually closed. I personally don't agree with the policy. However, what I don't get is why the manager and store clerk had to be rude. The ironic part is that instead of allowing me to exchange the plate for full price and make the additional purchases that I would have made which was more than the plate, I will never set foot in the store again. I have shopped there since they opened and each time they get more rude and conceited. Never again.

I absolutely LOVE this store. In fact, I specifically have to make sure I visit the surrounding stores (Hallmark, Giant Eagle, Massage Envy, Emporio) either during the last ten minutes they are open, with the husband (so as to control the spending) or when the shop is closed, or else I am likely to spend an hour and upwards of a hundred dollars here. The staff is always extremely friendly, the store is always very clean and well presented, and the goods are unique, and in my opinion, always well made. I frequent this shop the most when I need presents for others, but I don't think I've ever left without just a little something for myself. On two separate occasions I have run in before attending an event that I needed a present for, as always, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. On both occasions I was sweating, clearly in a rush, and told the associate where I was headed, what sort of gift I was looking for, and my price range. Both times I had whomever was available (not just the single sales associate who originally asked) assist me in picking out amazing gifts, put in free gift wrapped bags (beautiful arranged), and efficiently checked out. I ordered a gorgeous cross for my neice's baptism, which needed custom engagement. Sure to my own fault it was not going to be ready on time. The amazing clerk offered me the cross that was in display with a different name to present to my sister until my order was completed (estimated time of two weeks). Not wanting to take away the only display item, she allowed me to simply take a picture. They actually put a rush on my order and the cross was done within 3 days!
