The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, making every visit a delightful experience. With two floors of fantastic items and plenty of parking, it's easy to spend hours browsing. The constantly changing inventory keeps us coming back regularly to explore what's new. Highly recommend!”

“Okay I went here to get pants for work and they did in fact have pants for work. That’s great, but they had that store smell on them. That smell that’s kinda like plastic and it’s not great but you’re like oh it will wash it. ITS STILL THERE. Every time i try to wear these pants to work I have to endure the department store smell. I’ve washed them 7 billion times. Still there. Great pants though”

She handled this rude customer very well. I also work in Customer Service and deal with this and I almost said something because I was getting mad myself. But you’re store associate was great, she had a supervisor take over and she moved off to a different area to help customers.Awesome employee!”

“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

“Had a small issue and it was immediately resolved by Michelle’s amazing customer service and willingness to take the extra step for the stores customers, seriously my saving grace today! She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. I also had a lot of support from Alyssa by making sure everything was ready for me for when I did arrive in the store which helped the process go quicker and gave me a lot of piece of mind seeing everything already there when I got there! “Store was stuck in the 80s, decor wise. The building owners do not keep up on maintenance there is a large amount of missing ceiling tiles and wet spots. Besides these two minor details in appearance, the store has a good selection of clothes. I believe their prices now match everyone else's. Go if you need quality clothes not Walmart quality.”
“I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! Not only do they always have my medication which is out of stock everywhere else, but the staff is so nice and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions you have. Deff 5 stars from me (:”
“I really liked my experience at this salon in JC penny. I never knew it even existed. It was my very 1st time in there the place was very clean, people were very nice to help. Kayla was my hairstylist 1st time meeting her.she is a very young lady. I was very Pleased with her Service. I went and cut my own hair chopped it up a bit andSHE FIXED IT ! Thank God she knew exactly what to do. She asked the right questions and Got it done right. I’m very pleased with my service I received from Kayla the stylist who did my hair. I believe I found my new hairstylist right there in JC Penny. Who knew they even had a salon in there. I sure DIDNT. We are fairly new to the area. I thought I was going to have a hard time finding my new hair stylist cause I’m very picky with my hair. But NOPE found her already. I sure am glad I went into JC penny that day. “It's Walmart, that's for sure. It's a decent walmart, decent size, clean, good selection of stuff. It's not too busy there, though sometimes it can be. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that they always only have like 2 registers open, which is fine when it's not busy, but when it is? Prepare to wait. The employees are nice people, never had an issue with an employee. I did however have an issue with a manager once. We wanted to buy fish, and we asked for a fish person, nobody was coming. So the guy working electronics went over for us, and got the fish. His manager came over, and publicly shamed/yelled at the employee who was simply doing his job (helping customers) because he left the electronics department, but yet, there was another person in electronics. I reported the manager and praised the employee. Seriously managers, treat your employees well, bad managers create bad employees. Otherwise, it's a good Walmart.”
