“The sales lady was very nice. I showed her the mattress I wanted from the ad and although there wasn't one to try in the store, she showed me one that was most like it. She was very helpful with information regarding my purchase and return policies. I would recommend the Irwin MFirm to friends and family. Looking forward to delivery in a couple of days.”

“Five stars all the way. I didn't buy my washer there,I bought it from a warehouse place. 13 days after warranty was out it broke. The warehouse said I was too far away for their technicians to service it. I walked into highway appliance and they were wonderful. Two techs were there in service department and said they were free to come right now because I'm close. Rick and his trainee Josh did a great job explained the problem and went out to service van too get the part. I was up and running in no time at all. Lesson learned for me, any new appliances I need will come from highway.”
