I had a scheduled appointment, of which I kept, as did the service department. Showed up at 1500, and left after 1700. I was there for a service and tire rotation. The young service advisor felt so bad, much worse than I, that he took care of the bill. I did not expect that, nor did I ask for it, but he did it anyway. That folks is called customer service. I'm not a Ford person myself, however, if I were, and you are, I would recommend Shults Ford.

Shults Ford South is a great Ford Dealership. Coveniently located in West Mifflin. They have great sales people and mechanics who do a fabulous job of diagnosing and repairing any problem I may be having.

Had to have some recalls for my 2007 Milan and I was so impressed by the valet pick up and drop off not to mention they only had my car for 4 hours for 2 recalls! When I’m due for a new car I will def be stopping in because of my experience today!!

With the couple of times that I been to your establishment everything went well. I really don't have any complaints. The only thing that I might have a little problem with is the line of communication wasn't really there it's like I was told I was getting a phone call on the progress
but I ended up having kind of nudge on the chat on the website for a call back but other than that everything went well.

Only my second time buying a car but I was made to feel extremely welcomed because I was super nervous due to my experience at other dealers shops the staff was amazing and Jordon was such a help with the process made me feel so much better about everything when he could tell I was nervous
