I came here to mail Christmas cards and checked their website to see what time they opened. The website stated 9am. I arrived at 9:50 and noticed a sign that said they don’t open until 10am. So I waited.....and waited, all the while hearing people in the back talking. At 10:05 I knocked on the door and asked if they were opening at 10, they rudely said yeah we’re opening soon and continued talking. They begrudgingly opened the back door, unlocked the door to the office and went to the back door and slammed it and continued to hum and haul.I felt so uncomfortable with the entire process that I didn’t even mail my cards from this location. I simply had them weighed bought my stamps and left. Why are government agency employees so miserable? Merry Christmas.

Everytime I come in to mail something I have sold on Ebay which usually comes in mint condition and very valuable it needs to get bended to check before mailed off. I got so many complaints, and bad reviews because of it. When I came back I strictly said don't bend it that way when they were collector cards and limited edition magazines. Apparently I have got the memo she's supposed to do that. Sucks I got to go 10 minutes to drive to mail something then walk 2 minutes away. Unprofessional on the new lady that runs the place. Never coming back until there's better customer service
