Inflation is real but I suppose not Giants fault. There was plenty of inventory and I was able to find everything in my list. The meat and produce were fresh and check out was a breeze. The cashier was friendly, fast and knew her job well. A great experience over all

The Chinese food here is amazing. The man who works the sushi bar is so sweet and friendly. The store is well stocked. The plants and flowers up from are beautiful. They have a good rewards program. Nice sales. Wide variety. They have a lot of healthy options too. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the cashiers too

Horrible experience. Said they were out of items prior to pick up and they were not!
Tomatoes moldy and gave me romaine lettuce instead of spinach. This store needs to get their act together with the price of food!!!

The grocery store really needs to get their act together from Cannes put on the shelf backwards to the fact that there are some items that are there one day and gone by next week never to be seen again. It's really frustrating and akin to shopping at Costco

I will be the first to say the staff here is top notch (super friendly and polite) and the store is very clean. However, we've stopped using Giant for our every day shopping and only use them for quick trips. This is due to the fact that every time we shop here, we are consistently overcharged $20 or more on our bill. Sometimes, it's due to the digital coupons not ringing up correctly (even if you clip them hours before), but other times, the basic sale items or regular priced items don't ring up right, either. Sometimes we would catch the errors before we left the parking lot, but other times we wouldn't see the error until we got home on the receipt. If you go to the counter and explain to customer service the issue, they're always happy to help. However, it became such a time suck to do this every trip (and completely not worth it to drive all the way back if we didn't notice the error until we got home) that shopping with Giant is unfortunately no longer worth it for us. We now do most of our shopping at Wegmans, as we don't have to worry about sale items and coupons ringing up correctly because they don't really have any -- the price you see is generally what you pay there. Since making the switch 6 months ago, I've not been overcharged once at Wegmans, and have actually found we've saved money shopping there despite them not running weekly sales. I implore others to check their receipts before they leave the parking lot to ensure they're being charged correctly, not only at this Giant, but all Giant stores.
