I drove an hour to get here to have an oil change and differential fluid changed. It was 4pm. They close at 6pm.Excuse #1, they didn't have a oil filter. I drive a Ford Edge, how in God's creation do you not carry an oil filter? Excuse #2 they can't change diff fluid. I called 3 hrs earlier to ask, was told they could. Don't go here, some of the laziest people you can imagine. These seem to be recurrent excuses here.

This place is a joke. They turned away 5 cars for oil changes because they ran out of filters. Manager refused to provide any discount coupon for the inconvenience of their incompetence.Service: Oil change

Amazing oil change experience. Fast, effective, and extremely polite guys. They offered help to me every step of the way, asked if it was ok to reach into my car, asked if it was ok to open my door to get the VIN number just extremely polite and patient. I didn’t have to mention my military discount they already had it stored which is impressive in my opinion because most companies won’t save you money unless you speak up for yourself. 10/10 recommend this location!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Disappointed! Drove pretty far to get to this location at 4:30pm before their “closing time” of 6pm all for them to tell me they don’t have the filter that goes to my car. I drive a Volvo which is appropriate for this area…how do you not have this filter and why isn’t inventory up to date? Just for convenience, the next closest location is in another state, 40mins out of my way meanwhile my car is losing oil pressure.Thanks Vavoline

Took my car in for a routine oil change on 4/1/23. The tech did not put on the oil cap. Richard, the "'manager" mansplained and talked down to me. Husband reached out to corporate and they were completely not helpful. Sent proof of their terrible work, but corporate refused to send their "video" of the service visit. These jokers are worthless and after being a faithful client of Valvoline for years, would never use their services again. Terrible work and customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would.

These guys were friendly, thorough and efficient. Explained to me everything they were doing and finished an oil change, numerous checks and a windshield wiper exchange in under 15 minutes. What a great service. Never going back to a dealership, especially because these guys went the extra mile in telling me exactly what bolt I was missing and where to get it. 10/10Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Took my brand new car here for 1st oil change. Immediately after this visit my car had a very noticeable rattle. I went back and reported it to them... the briefly looked it over and said they saw nothing wrong. Now I have to pay a mechanic to rectify whatever it is they did to my new car. Also I paid $85.00 for a synthetic oil change which is supposed to last 5 - 6 months but they put a 3 month sticker on my windshield.

So I think I had an ok experience.... I believe the young man that was working on my car was in training because he seemed unsure a few times while he was working on my car. And then something happened which made my car make a weird noise when I turned it back on. The lead guy, who was helping the trainee heard the sound and was like "what was that". As I nervously sat behind the wheel of my car I heard the lead guy say " tell me you didn't drop...." couldn't hear the end of the question cause there was work going on in the other car bay. But I saw the lead guy run down the shop steps to where they do the work under the cars. He was down there for a few mins and then came back up with another guy. All three of them looked into the hood of my car for a few more moments. I don't know what they were doing cause I had my eyes closed praying that nothing happened to my car. After a while, they asked me to turn my car back on. There was no weird sound this time. I just hope they corrected whatever the issue was. Cause my car didn't make that sound before I got there. And I get it, people make mistakes sometimes. So I'm not mad at the guy. I just really hope they corrected whatever happened.

Service was fine, but could have done without the condescending attitude. The guy at the computer added a charge without checking with me first and then went right to asking for payment. He told me what had been done to the car, but didn't explain the charge which was no big deal. When he finished, I asked him "what was that last small charge you added?" To which he replied, "If you'd have let me finish, I would have gotten there." I was shocked so I just said okay. He explained it (which is fine, I guess because it was just a few bucks. I just wanted to know what it was.) When he finished again, I thanked him, and then I told him that he didn't need to be snappy with me when I asked him a question. He said, "No, I wasn't being snappy. You just interrupted me." Dude, you'd stopped talking. And I had every right to calmly ask you about a charge that you did not explain first. I would never talk to a customer the way you did. Gross.P.s. After driving for a while, I noticed that the caps were not put back on to my two left tires after they added air. I'd like them back, thanks.

Well that might work for some people but I did not like anything about it. I will never go back. They took too long and they changed my position in line so the guy that should've been after me went before me and I am well aware of inflation but never in my life over $100 for an oil change.. I was third in line two lines two bays. It took over an hour and a half.. to wait for two cars ahead of me.. real technicians or auto mechanic would've been 10-15minutes per change and my wife wouldn't have been yelling at me
