The entire staff at Kaplans is amazing! My fiancé and I worked with Jess multiple times to find our wedding bands and she was incredible. She listened to us and was an expert in finding the perfect bands for us. We cannot recommend Jess and the entire Kaplans staff enough!

The staff there is so friendly and easy to work with. Ivan was very patient with me as we designed and reconstructed a family heirloom piece. They brought in several precious stones for me to look at, and walked me through the design process. It turned out beautifully and better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Kaplans.

LOVED working with the Kaplan family to create my beautiful engagement ring!! Evan and Jess took their time explaining the process to us so we were aware of all of our different choices we had. Have been purchasing beautiful jewelry here for years and just bought our wedding bands last week. Within a week they were sized and ready to go. I purchased my wife's engagement ring, her wedding gift (a sapphire ring) and both of our wedding bands at Kaplans. Everything we purchased from Kaplans is absolutely perfect. The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient and made us feel like part of their family. They were always very clear with pricing and NEVER tried to upsell me. Instead, they worked within my budget and made it their mission to give me the best piece possible within the range. The engagement ring total cost was right in the middle of the budget range I gave to Kaplans and my wife tells me how much she loves the ring. I plan on being a customer for life!
