Are you guys serious? “Brb, lunch, be back at 7pm.” First off I think you got your meal name wrong but more importantly… that’s not how business works. You don’t lock the door and leave the store unattended during open business hours. That’s unbelievable and extremely unprofessional

Everytime i come here there is a custom note on the door saying that theyll be back at some time. They just lock the door and go on break whenever. Super unprofessional. Im not waiting another 30 mins. Since i just drove 20 mins here. And they are supposed to be open.

Honestly, the store was rank. Think middle school gym locker room. I was there at 530pm on a Friday and it burned my eyes . I walked around for 10 minutes and the 3 staff members didn't say a word. I would buy online before I try this store again.

I like the store and Gamestop has a unique niche of service to video gamers. I signed up for the pro rewards and get a $5 coupon every month. Before you buy something from the store make sure you look online with pickup in store. I looked online and the price was different than in store. It was a 5 dollar difference. I wasn’t granted that 5 dollar difference so I had to order online for in store pick up which is just a frustrating overall customer experience.

The sales rep AUSTIN did no want to assist in resolving a pre order debacle. I spent over $200 on one ticket and since then have been treated like trash and ultimately received trash service. I pre ordered for a game for release on 9/7/22. On 9/7/22 the store was closed. I returned on 9/8/22 to pick up my pre order to meet Tiffany a newly promoted manager who explained to me that she just got transferred. Due to someone not showing up for work on 9/7/22 they missed the delivery for all pre orders. I was told not to cancel my pre-order because once I cancel I will not be able to receive it. I waited five days to luckily find out by calling the store that the game arrived. I was told that my specific edition was going to be on hold until I come and pick it up. I had a family member drive over an hour to that location to pick up the game to find out that they gave my specific game pre ordered edition to another customer from another store. When speaking to the gentlemen who worked on 9/14/22 7pm, they showed no empathy for the situation, they were laughing and displayed a notion of not wanting to help. I finally got the family member to have them call another store to look for the pre order game edition I reserved. They found store location # 2306, representative from that store confirmed they had a copy and that I could pick it up the next following day. On 9/15/22 I called store # 2306 to confirm the agreement from the previous day. After some confusion the rep was able to find the copy with notations with my name on it. I was told it will be on hold until I come pick it up. After leaving work and Arriving at store #2306 to pick up the pre order I was greeted within 10 seconds after entering the store and Was assisted by FRANKLIN. Franklin found my pre order copy that was placed on hold for me with my name notated on a sticky note on the copy and continued to proceed with assisting me. In doing so, the process became complicated because I did not pre order from store #2306 and I pre ordered from store # 00955. FRANKLIN from store # 2306 tried to resolve the matter by asking store # 00955 rep AUSTIN, to cancel the pre order there and place the return on a gift card. AUSTIN initially claimed he did not have a gift card in the store. FRANKLIN made another attempt to go above and beyond and asked AUSTIN place it on a gift card that he was going to provide him from his store. AUSTIN also declined to proceed with that process to help resolve the issue and stated his job would be on the line in doing so. As a result, I had to purchase the game a second time and spend over $150 at store # 2306. I specifically expressed my dissatisfaction to FRANKLIN over the entire process that I endured for an entire week, and told him I will physically go to store # 00955 to cancel all pre orders on that original ticket and to receive my refund. FRANKLIN from store # 2306 was completely empathetic and tried numerous times to help resolve this horrible experience. Unfortunately, I will never do business at GameStop ever again, I will cancel my power up rewards account that I have had for over 10+ years through the customer service line. I’ve never experience such poor service in my life after spending that dollar amount in an establishment. I feel sorry for Tiffany the new promoted store manager at store # 00955 who is transitioning to that store who had to deal with this travesty of customer service.

When trying to trade in my new PlayStation 5 games I received from a bundle was not allowed to being so the plastic seal was on the games. I have never had this problem before. I’m not sure if this was racially motivated or not but this makes me not want to conduct any business with GameStop.

Nice local store but rarely calls when you pre-order collectables and they arrive in store.
