Our car broke down while traveling and we needed a rental for several days. These guys were great in every respect. Polite, professional, competitive pricing and very easy to do business with. I would highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

I always receive great service at Enterprise in downtown West Chester, PA!I just walked-in to their store without a reservation or anything - and, I was driving out of their parking lot in my rental car inside of 5 minutes!

Everywhere else in enterprise. There's always has to be a mean person, but this enterprise. If you go to Samantha, she's the most sweetest person ever. I only talk to her. She makes me feel comfortable and she's a sweetheart .

Check in and drop off very easy. Very disappointed in car I was given. Stunk of cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns were on front seat. Since when can you smoke in a rental car?

Enterprise in WC is a great shop! Nick, Samantha & Hannah were super friendly, helpful & quick! The Jeep Compass was a clean and comforable with lots of on-road control that made the long round trip drive to KY a breeze. I don't often have need of a rental car, but I will definitely use Enterprise WC again!

We have always had very good experiences with Enterprise and particularly on our recent rental the vehicle was in excellent condition and customer service was great. The pick-up and drop off were very smooth too.
