My doctor and normal pharmacy were playing phone tag. I did not have insulin for 3+ days. The pharmacy department here was able to suggest a way for me to get a prescription.
To be clear, this review is praise for the pharmacy department, not Riteaid.

Dropped off 1 new script at 12:05 and was told it would take 45 minutes for it to be filled. SERIOUSLY! I'm not a new customer and all my info is on file. I should be able to have a script filled on my lunch break without having to go back there tomorrow for pickup, again on my lunch break!! It would be completely out of my way after work.
