Avoid to count on them!!! ??I had a bad experience with this store and they really gave me a hard time with their messy inventory. I received conformation that my order is ready for pick up, I have placed the order for a sectional couch and I have driving for one hour to pick them up. When I arrived, I have been told by the store staff that the order should be canceled because of insufficient inventory. That was totally ridiculous and this is worst experience that I have with a furniture store. I don't recommend them at all and I wish there is negative -5 rate available to give them.

Pretty disappointed with the service at the Waynesburg location. Tracked down an associate and were told to wait. Nobody acknowledged us after that. Waited 30 minutes and left. Totally different experience than the other locations we've visited. We've purchased several pieces of furniture from big lots in the past and always had excellent customer service.
