Tried paying with a check like I had a few weeks prior and was spoken to rudely by two of the workers. One came over and immediately said "We're not cashing this for you" and when I explained to another lady that I had come and paid with a check before she snapped back "I don't think so." They were so rude about the situation for no reason and were insisting that I was lying even though I remembered specifically that I had come in and paid with a check and was helped by two workers, the one girl with split dyed hair and the younger guy that helped her process it as well. They claimed the check needed to be addressed to the store but they took the same check a few weeks prior so that's clearly not the case. Train your staff to know what they're doing and stop being so rude especially when they don't know what they're talking about.

Standard Martin's-- nice salad bar, bakery, and seafood selection. Bottle necks where they put in alcohol but otherwise fine layout.

What is going on with your prices...i am a loyal customer being forced to shop at Walmart, Martins cost on average $.75 more an item...on 50 items that is $37.50 more a shopping experience and around 150.00 a month more, and 1700.00 more a year than is necessary! Same canned goods,same breads,same snacks,same dairy, same frozen goods...come on into the real world,if Walmart can do it Martins/Giant can...Ron

This Martins is a lot bigger and better than the Martinsnwhere I live. They have a much better selection here.
The cashier beside us was a younger boy maybe 17-18 and I watched him be very patient with an older lady. He helped her with her card and put her groceries in the cart.

At the deli today. Walk up and take a number (44). No one else in line. 5 minutes later, young female takes my order. 2 pounds of chicken salad. She leaves the counter then walks back to the back. Comes back a couple minutes later, stops at the slicer and starts spraying some cleaning solution on it. She's wearing gloves. Comes back to the counter and starts getting my order. While wearing the same gloves she was cleaning the slicer with, and without washing her hands, she starts pulling out the plastic container and sticking her hands in the inside of it trying to pull them apart. Then she fills the container, prints the label and gives it to me. Sorry, I'm not taking a chance on eating something potentially tainted with cleaning products. Change your gloves or wash your hands after being exposed to cleaning chemicals and before handling food. Your chicken salad is sitting in the butter case.

Martin's, well it's like a lot of other grocery stores, things are getting so expensive everywhere unless you go to a discount store to get the things you need. Some don't care what things cost but you can find things that are a good bargain. For me I shop wisely and look for the deals.
