Summit Auto Inc is a ?? hole! I gave these scumbag people $2,000. down on a Lincoln MKX last Wednesday, drove home and noticed the transmission shifting poorly but just a little, I got home and also noticed smoke coming from the engine bay! I called and told them this to be documented and on Monday the transmission went out! They came Monday night and took the car, the part that they said was bad only takes 1 1/2 hours to install and costed less than $70. according to a Ford dealership. It took them until today (Friday) to get it in leaving me with no vehicle to get to work all week! They stated their insurance doesn't cover loaner cars to their customers. Today I gave them the option to give me a better working vehicle, give me all of money back or go to court, they gave me $1,900. back and the rest they stated was for the title fees they paid for a car I don't own or have, they (Art the salesman) also stated \

Went the other day and bought a Hyundai Tucson from Summit and couldn't be more happy with the sale. Every question I had was answered and any concerns were addressed quickly. I would recommend going to Summit. You will not be disappointed.
