I called with a simple yes or no question and was greeted on the phone by an incredibly rude young woman who not only failed to answer but hung up the phone on me.

The pharmacy at trinity point is the best pharmacy ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They know me by name and are always so pleasant and kind and compassionate. Always so quick to explain things and make sure that as a patient im taken care of properly and am free to ask whatever questions i need. Thank you staff at the pharmacy. Now the store itself, no one is willing to help you and if they do help you theres an attitude of how dare you interrupt what im doing ? workers are very rude in the store for sure.

Outstanding pharmacists! The pharmacists at this location have been here for years and are very professional, knowledgeable, and give outstanding customer service, despite how busy they are. They're always friendly and help with my billing and any questions that I have. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I would give negative stars if possible. Just left the hospital outpatient surgical center after my gallbladder removal. We went to fill my script at Walmart. My mom was told that they could not fill the script due to CDC guidelines for dispensing opiates for chronic pain. Not sure how pain less than 12 hours after surgery is chronic. Not sure how they interpret guidelines from CDC for one thing as being for all instances. Other pharmacy we went to (while I waited in the car with ice on my incision, and tried not to puke) said they had no idea what Walmart could be thinking. I considered going in to Walmart in a wheelchair as I could not walk that far, with my hospital band on my arm, looking like refried crap and making a scene but it was not worth it. It would have only farther delayed following discharge instructions to go home and get into bed for rest of the day. I hope that I am able to make it home before my last dose of pain medication given in the hospital wears off before I can get home and eat something and take my next dose or o will not be able to make it from the car to the house. Thank you ever so much Walmart. You are doing your part to make sure post operative patients don't use opiates for acute pain.
