My work truck broke down and I needed a ride. I immediately called Enterprise and was back on the road in a Ford F-150 (same day). I used the truck for 2 weeks without any issues before returning. I was very satisfied with the service I received from everyone at Enterprise!

Absolutely useless, which isn’t solely the fault of this local office, but the experience is terrible.Here’s how it went:We don’t have any cars. Yes, you got an email confirmation but you got it from corporate, not our local team.We never have cars for people from all these car dealership service departments around our facility. Everyone needs to reserve several days in advance.We tried to call you on your old phone number from 10 years ago, not the one on your reservation.The website can’t show when we’re sold out. OK, you’re right. It did show that yesterday, but for a special reason.This is not our fault. It’s the company’s fault.

Our car was given away without any sort of notice and on top of that, they had no cars available for us when we went to pick up. Joe from this location was a terrible employee with no empathy or remorse for what had happened. Didn’t offer to help us find another car or do anything to compensate. Will not be going back to this location!!!

I really did not like this Enterprise, I was dropping off a rental and the location is bad, the staff was not friendly to me nor the 3 other people that were there. Just not impressed.

Although I had to wait a couple of days to rent a car, the experience was very good. The employees were pleasant and efficient. The car was small but it was nice. Had most modern-day accessories like back up camera and heated seats. I'll miss them lol

Just made a reservationAsked the manager to check availability locally. He didn’t want to help at all so he hung up on me. Zero desire to provide customer service. Didn’t have cars available so it didn’t matter to him.

I rented a vehicle from here and the rental itself was fine. The customer service and how enterprise does business is what made my experience horrible. At the time of the rental, I was charged the $50 deposit which is fine. When I returned the vehicle 3 days later, I was told all was good and thought that was the end of it. I then check my bank account a few days later and find out that I had been charged the $50 a second time and then refunded $100 which all adds up, but like a lot of people, I am struggling and that second $50 charge took my account negative which I then incurred a $35 overdraft fee. I called up the local office and was basically told "we have no control over what your financial institution does". But then when I raised my voice a little to get my point across that yes you don't there but enterprise does have control over their mistakes and me being charged an extra $35 because of enterprise's mistake is not something I am fine with. Customer service would have none of it so I hung up. I know I could have handled it better on my end and kept my cool, however when you mess with my finances, that is not good business practices. I had used enterprise multiple times in the past, but because of this experience, I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone all because they will not own up to their mistake in customer service.

I called at the beginning of December looking for a rental, due to a car accident, and was turned down because I didn't live in Washington. I live only 15-20 minutes from Washington and was told that I needed to use the one located near my location. I ended up getting a rental from the location in Uniontown, which is a lot farther from me than Washington is. The Uniontown local was so helpful and nice getting us set up with a rental. I would definitely not recommend this Washington location, they were so rude to me on the phone.
