Best new car buying experience I’ve had. Tyler (sales) and Jenny (internet sales) provided the perfect blend of attentiveness to our needs and information flow as we came to a final deal. Then, Jake with finance provided a streamlined transaction that was informative and comprehensive. After preparing the team there with what they needed ahead of time, we were in and out of the dealership within an hour of our arrival, with our new vehicle. Add to this extremely positive experience, an incredible 10 year / 120,000 mile extended warranty for next to nothing and Midtown Ford won a lifetime customer for our family.

After having my F350 turbo diesel serviced professionally through Rob, I knew Midtown Motors would be my choice to purchase a Ford vehicle when the need presented itself. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Sport. After purchasing a Bronco Sport, I still needed many services to update my vehicles, the titles and the registration in Pennsylvania. John at the service desk helped me tremendously with the title details verified on my F350 and a utility trailer. Both needed inspection and Julie was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in scheduling both the truck and trailer inspections along with other scheduled repairs on my truck. Finally, it turned out that Terry in a friendly spirit, shuttled me to my house where he knew many of my new neighbors.

We had a great experience with Midtown Motors! From reaching out online and talking to Jenny to getting linked up with Tyler in sales, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted in a matter of hours. Kevin in finance walked us through everything Tyler had reviewed with us, so when we drove off the lot, we were confident in our purchase. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade in too! All around, it was an excellent experience and we'll be back when the time comes!!

My husband and I spent a good part of Saturday morning at the dealership looking at options for our new truck. Our first encounter was with someone working in the garage, he politely asked if we needed help and promptly dispatched our salesman, Tyler to us. We were treated with the upmost respect, consideration and kindness. He accepted our trade for a fair value and gave us a very good price on a leftover 2023 F150. The finance man, Greg, was awesome, explained everything to us. The experience was one of the most positive experiences ever at a dealership. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!
