Honorable hardworking and helpful mechanics. We work 40 mins away in NY but road-tripped to PA last Sunday. Saw they were open and had tires. Manager had one in stock but offered took to go pull it out and bring it up to the counter for us to take a look at it. Gave us a quote for 4 new all terrain truck tires plus warranty, wheel alignment and brakes. Called us Tuesday after noon when tires were in; we headed there and all work was done within 2 hours. Truck drives like a boss and the tires ride smooth. Grateful. We will be back and Thank you!

Unfortunately not the best experience. Over priced. Then told they had to order tires for next day , as they didn't have right size at the time. Ok no big deal. Next day.. no ones calling. So we called. They then told us. The shipment never showed up and they couldn't find truck..But should show up soon and then explained how they were open until 7. Again. Nothing. No call.. so. Called next day late afternoon. To find out the guy never even ordered the two tires.. and now won't be arriving for couple more days... i was hopeful to had found a consistently good garage....seems they're hard to come by anymore .

Up until recently Warren Monro had a phenomenal Manager by the name of Matt Haskins. I personally adore him not only as a business man, his knowledge of mechanics but for his character and morals as human being. He ran his store, like no other. He never pressured for purchases through the up charged corporate ran business, as all the other Monro stores are so notoriously known for. He cared more about the customer and saving their wallet than he ever did about continuing to line to pocket books of Corporate leaders. Many of you may not know this, but Monro has a policy against purchasing parts elsewhere and bringing them to their employees techs to do the work. Strictly prohibited. Matt was the only employee I personally knew of that didn't agree with or instill this policy. If you had the parts already and needed help, you would get the help you needed. High quality work and zero pressure put on the customer to buy unnecessary parts for their vehicle through Monroe. In fact at one point I was going to buy my oil and oil filter through Monroe just because he was over there, and he persuaded me away from that purchase decision due to their up charged products.
Currently he left Monro and is now working over at ABM in Frewsburg. Monro lost the best employee they ever could have had in their business as far as I'm personally concerned and with that being said, I'll never take my vehicle to this Monro nor any of the surrounding stores. If I ever need any mechanics done on my vehicle that I can not do myself I'll be contacting Matthew at ABM in Frewsburg only. Loyal and honest mechanics who care about their customers, create loyal customers that follow.
I strongly suggest that anybody looking for high quality work you can TRUST to be done right and at a price that won't break the bank to reach out to Matt Haskins personally and allow him to take care of all your vehicle needs, and if you need more than you expected he will tell you and work with you at your own pace to get those needs fulfilled. Monro is out to get your money, that's it. Monro is not looking out for the small guys and gals of this world that need transit from A-B.
Matt is the professional that the people of this world need, he genuinely cares about all of his customers and establishes good relationships with his customers based on his actions matching his words and skills. Get a hold of Matt- he will fit you in as quickly as possible to keep your life moving the way it should. Steer clear of Monro and go on down the road.

Horrible experience. Finally get my car back and the battery is completely dead and headunit quit working altogether. Waste of time and money. Never going back.

We were traveling and developed transmission problem close to the middle of nowhere, on Saturday of a holiday weekend, with 300 miles to go to get home.
Could have been a disaster!!
Monro was open, got us in, and was able to diagnose the problem, get the part, and get us on our way in under 2 hours. Pretty close to miraculous - thanks Josh and Jordan!!!
