I made apt. To have my car looked at and possibly repaired at the time of making the apt. I was never informed of any fee just to look at it. So he tells me it's going to be 5 grand to repair so I decided not to have it done and then there is suddenly a 95$ change for him looking at it before I can get my car back. I have no problem with the charge but that fact it was not stated up front I find as bad practice. Any changes should be clearly outlined at the begining not at the end as a surprise. When I asked him about it he said we'll if you would have done the repairs there wouldn't of been the charge. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth.

Dave is not a good person. My catalytic converter was stolen. I brought my vehicle to be repaired. I was charged $3k for a terrible repair job. Now it won't pass NYS inspection. At the Honda dealership now and they can't understand what was done and why I was charged so much. See you in court Dave.

Dave knows cars! A lot of mechanics can "talk a good game". But if you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic,who keeps a clean shop and actually cares about his customers,Dave is your guy! His wife,Wendy,is a gem! She greets you when you arrive,and is always smiling! In a time when people seem to be all about $, it is very refreshing to encounter people that genuinely care about giving their customers a good experience when they come to their shop to have work done. They make a great team!
