H & R quickly fixed a remote starter that had been installed out of state. However, I’m not as thrilled with the new Boss stereo they installed or how it was installed. I’ve been back 3 times to allow them to try to fix the horrible sound quality of the phone, but no luck. They wired the new unit to the OEM camera and the picture quality is now dark and useless at night. Placement of the microphone was arbitrary and poor, I’ll have to correct that myself. I’m dropping it off at a different shop next week who believes they know what the issues might be and feel they’re centered around the unit being improperly installed, but I don't know that for sure.The shop itself has a good reputation and has been in business for a long time, but the impression when you walk in is that they have fallen on hard times. Radio/speaker display is 90% empty holes with a bunch of random wires hanging out of it. There’s nothing to sample or listen to, just boxes they bring out to show you. Hope they turn it around, they are very nice people.

Great service, honest pricing and good guys working here. Came in for radio install and they diagnosed my stereo problem while they were at it and fixed it.

3/27 Today I had a great experience with H&R for over a year I’ve been back and forth with issues at Kia dealer with my remote starter. With in 1hr H&R fixed it. A year of spending $$$$$ at the dealership they could never figure what was wrong.H&R fixed it they were professional and service with a smile?. And the charge was quite reasonable . I left a happy camper Ty H&R ?

Joe and Steven are great and very thorough. My back up camera works great in the rear view mirror. Joe also pointed out that my car was leaking coolant. Thank you for saving me from a breakdown. Would definitely recommend them!

I needed a new antenna & bought it from H&R Auto Radio Service for my car & needed the screw to be shortened for a super fit. Amazing team of players. Well worth traveling 30 minutes & well worth the wait!! Thank you!

Repeat customer. 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis dashboard works intermittently for months. Took a couple of weeks to book an appointment. Got there at appointed time and they took our car into their workshop. They said it could take about 2.5 hrs. Walked a couple blocks down the street to a diner for breakfast. Took a little longer than expected. They not only repaired our dash, they reset our remote start at no additional charge. A SPECIAL NOTE TO VETERANS/ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY: They offer a Veteran's Discount! Be sure to ask for it. Special shout-out to Jake. Very nice young man, who took the time to get the answers to my questions. All in all it was a 5 Star experience. PS I travel about an hour to get to H & R.

I took my 2020 Buick Encore there as the factory speakers are junk. I was quoted over the phone 1100 for new speakers, an Amp and subwoofer for under my seat. the dude recommended trying speakers only at first, 300 bucks. ok. I go pick my car up and they TRIED charging 700. told me the guy screwed quote up bc I needed 2 sets, each 300. gave me a partial discount. guess what? sounds exactly the same. they did not give me original speakers back, as they "had to destroy them to get them out". LIARS. I wonder how much they would have TRIED to charge me had I went through with the entire thing. ha. my brother called them and they tried to blame me, stating I misunderstood the pricing. how's that scumbags? 1100 for whole thing. but you want me to believe speakers are 700 and only 400 more for Amp and woofer? yea right. I didn't misunderstand a thing, well except that h & r is a reputable company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFFS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHATSOEVER

H & R Auto Radio Service is absolutely the best! I have used them AND recommended them for years. The quality of their service is top notch. Their honesty and courtesy continues to impress me. I know nothing about car radios, and they could take advantage of that...but they don't. They explain and fix, all at reasonable prices.
