I'm here a lot for eBay. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Even when there's a line, they're efficient. It's a thankless job but they do it well.

Be aware if you are getting your passports done they follow their own set of rules besides what is on the paperwork for the passport. I was denied getting my passport for an out of state license and was required to provide my birth certificate even though per the U.S. government forms I did not need to do so, and they still denied taking my picture or filing the forms. Not to mention the lovely lady Brenda was on her personal cell phone and making a personal call and made me wait to finish it up on the sales floor. Quality service is not at this location. Avoid like the plague.

Horrible service. I ordered something online and it was supposed to come through USPS, this office being my local one. My neighbor also had a package delivered today. The truck driver could not find my address, so instead of asking my neighbor where we were located, he left a slip in my mailbox. I needed what I ordered as soon as possible due to school work and I am also a firefighter. The driver figured out where my address was located once I had called the office. I will NEVER have something shipped to me by USPS again due to this
