“What people don't understand about this location is its not a fedex office, print, ship, fax location. It is primarily a drop location and the workers that do work front counter service are required to do work in the back office. They are not hiding from anyone or not doing their job by not being up there when you come in. And there may be staffing issues sometimes but unfortunately only office workers are trained to work the counter not the drivers that you can occasionally hear in the back office. Please consider all aspects before you go and judge a location for your lack of planning and preparation.”

“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

“They showed up early out of the time frame, I called customer support, had to restate my issue multiple times, and then I was properly assisted and my package was attempted to be redelivered the same day instead of having to pick it up or going to the shipping center. If they honor delivery times, and make it easier to get help, it’s 5 stars.”

I’d been having a rough couple of days and Dee put a huge smile on my face.
Truthfully have never had bad service here, everyone is thorough kind and excels at their jobs. Bravo cranberry!”
“I had many items yesterday that I needed to ship back to Amazon. I know you don't make much money taking these returns. I wasn't organized like I usually am and apologized to them. It was 30 min to closing time. I didn't realize one needed boxed but I had a box and the associate told me I could email the label to them. Soooo helpful and they were really busy. I should have left her (& the gentleman who also helped) a tip. Their patience and kindness was highly appreciated! I'll do better next time :) Working with the public isn't a day at the beach - thanks again!”

“Patrick/Pat is a conscientious owner and the people are really nice and accommodate your requests without an attitude that I have noticed in some other UPS locations. They follow instructions carefully and take care of all my printing needs. I print an average of 500 copies a month with them and found them to be very reliable. I can trust their quality of work. You might be wondering that I am a big client so they are good to me. That’s not the only way I am evaluating them, they treat all their customers with courtesy. That’s not too common these days.”
“I have been using this UPS Store since it first opened and the staff here is incredibly helpful. I have to ship to some less than desirable locations and they helped work out addressing techniques that work - delivering to backdoors, up stairs to back porches, etc. I have never had a package misrouted because of them and I ship at least 50 times a year. They've helped me out several times with packages temporarily lost at the destination hub. I am astounded by the amount of traffic they process and the speed in which it is done. Many times there are more customers than can fit in the store and before you know it, it's your turn. When it's busy, I'm usually processed at the desk in much less than 2 minutes. Returns without a receipt can be dropped off without waiting in line and with receipt takes mere seconds.
I obviously like this location and will be going there for many years to come.”

“I had to return something via ups. The whole process is soooo easy (compared to another service) ! They just scanned a code I opened on my phone . Done! I don’t have to prepare wrap packages , I don’t have to buy tapes when I forgot them ! ( I have bought so many one time used tapes and stack them in house , then was told to always keep one in trunk just in case of this).”
