Over all, I have had a good experience here UNLESS, the short black lady that was recently pregnant is working. The first encounter, some gentleman and I couldn't get waited on because she was shoving food in her mouth, and laughing and carrying on with another woman, so I stood there long enough and then turned around and left. The second encounter is the woman getting nasty smart with me over my debit card not working right, and her yelling she didn't like my tone of voice, and I said what tone is that? And she kept saying nastier things to me, and acting like she wanted to strike me. I PROMISE YOU THIS, I HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER HERE, AND MY MONEY DOES SPEND ELSEWHERE, IF I DO GO BACK, I WILL ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURE THAT MYSELF AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER EVER GO IN WHEN SHE IS WORKING EVER AGAIN. SOME PEOPLE JUST WEREN'T BROUGHT UP WITH MANNERS!

Manager Alesha I think it was I’m not sure, probably the nicest manager I’ve ever seen. Treated employees with so much respect. Definitely a modern manager. Need more like her in management.

Absolutely awful experience. I stopped here on my way through town and thought it looked like a decently nice gas station. I needed to get gas and a drink and use the restroom before getting back on the interstate. When I asked the associate for the key to the restroom (as the sign instructed me to do) she was extremely hesitant and said "are you even going to buy anything?". I informed her that I was and had also planned on getting gas. After returning the key I went to select my drink. Upon returning to the register I overheard her telling an individual that she was babysitting that the only reason I was buying something was because she asked me if I was going to. She was extremely rude throughout the entire check out process. I decided to spend my money on gas somewhere else as a result of the absolutely ridiculous treatment I experienced at Sweet Pea's. Most people using the restroom at gas stations use the restroom BEFORE selecting their food/drink items... it is extremely unsanitary to do so before using the restroom, was I supposed to carry them in there with me? Absolutely absurd. I surely expected better service from somewhere name "sweet pea's".

Went to fill up gas and buy a few beers after work. There was a sign on the register that read 'the PLCB requires everyone to wear a mask when purchasing alcoholic products' or something to that effect. Really? I've purchased beer at over a dozen other locations, none require masks. There were 3 people in line ahead of me, one was wearing a mask, two were not. The counter employee asked the first guy if he had a mask, he said no. The employee stopped what he was doing, went into a back room, came back literally 8 minutes later with a single mask and handed it to the first customer. I see where this is going. Meanwhile, another employee was mopping the floor. This isn't about masks, my complaint is that the whole process could have been handled more efficiently, but this guy was intentionally just being a j*** to everyone in line. Forget it, I'm not waiting over a half hour to buy beer, when I can just drive 10 minutes away and get what I need elsewhere, with a better selection.

Its pretty bad when you walk in at 11 to men working one is standing right behind the counter on the phone after i stood at counter for five minutes had to get an attitude because he contjnued to talk on the phine knowing i was standing there un real.

The staff acts as though customers are an inconvenience. I was actually ridiculed for the toppings I chose on my sub.

The staff here is completely rude and belligerent.. I've stood at the cash register for 10+ Minutes at a time after being noticed, I've even had a very rude assist manager named Jen look me in the eyes and then look back down and acted like I didn't even exist completely rude! Will never be going back here again and the BBB will also be getting a complaint believe me when I say this is a horrible place to go if you do get service you better believe you won't be greeted or you'll be scowled at for expecting them to do their job! Let's all work together to get them to improve their attitudes
