Extremely poor customer service and I promise if you rent their equipment you should pull out a rental insurance policy because is you send it back in anything other than better condition when you received. They will ensure to get a new machine out of you.

While driving North to Toronto our trailer got a flat. We pulled into their parking lot and started breaking the torque on the lugnuts. Owner directed us to back over to their work building and in a matter of minutes our spare was on and we were back on the road. Nicest guys and it was like a Nascar pit-stop. Had to force the guys to take a few bucks for coffee or sandwich as we were very grateful for their help.

Great customer service. Salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and great with helping get me what I needed. along with the other guys that worked there. Got me a good deal on a new zero turn and chainsaw.

Rented one tool that ended up not working for our floor project, took it back and swapped out for one that would. They were very nice and accommodating especially considering we showed up a few minutes before closing. Both items (floor scraper and hammer drill) we’re in excellent condition. Worked with Jim. Definitely will use for future projects.

While the rain & wind of ‘Hurricane Ida’ was pummeling us here in Altoona, PA we were worried about one of our sump pumps, especially if our power were to go out. Well it did and we hadn’t added a battery backup to it yet! We had talked about buying a generator recently too just in case we were to lose our power but hadn’t yet. I called stores all over but all the generators had already been sold, now what? Where could I possibly get one and in a hurry? I started calling rental companies and no luck until I called Kissel Power Equipment in Tyrone. ‘Jim’ there was so helpful and not only did they have three or four to choose from but the one I got was inexpensive! I got in my car and ran up to Kissel and picked it up right away. They saved our sump pump and everything in our fridge stayed cold too! It was easy, fast and Jim was so helpful. What a great service!
