They tried to charge me over 3000 to install a airbag and reset the computer. I had my drivers window broken and airbag stolen from 2020 Honda civic.Safelite auto fixed the glass and I took it there.They 6 other vehicles with same problem.They coutered my insurance estimate 0f 1700 with one over 3000 .I said my agent you agreed the estimate.Well sir there is still broken glass in your door.I had to walk and get my car because i would of had to pay the difference. Safelite comes again we open the door no glass in it There was a little in the car still.We wondered why would you even look in my door.The window was fixed already.Again I needed an airbag .I had my oil changed at the dealership in Belle Vernon 3 days before. They just wanted to rip off my insurance company and make my rates go up. My car is paid for.I 'll take it somewhere else.

On the highway, I picked up a stray bungee cord in my left rear tire, and it came along for the ride, battering the left rear exterior, until I could get stopped, and caused what looked like considerable damage. I called Valley Honda, and Bill and his team quickly scheduled me for an estimate, quickly provided a reasonable estimate, and worked with me to get the vehicle in and repaired according to our schedules. Once I got it to them, the team did a fantastic job doing the repairs (which included parts and paint) in a very short time, and then worked with me, according to my schedule, to get me back in the driver's seat : ) My previously battered vehicle looks new again!

I went down to have my daughter's civic looked at by Bill and Alex. They helped guide me what I was looking at with the damage and to figure out after the estimate how much everything is going to cost. I would recommend valley Honda collision center in a minute. They are a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond. I had a defect in my door with multiple chips. We got a car ding and we went to Valley Honda to get an estimate for the repair. We did explain what and how the accident happen.We got Valley estimate for the repair, and once I receive the insurance quote and check from the person who hit us.We call Valley to schedule. The person at Valley refuse to do the repair and they want to see the the quote and amount the insurance agent sent us.They said it policy to show them the quote and amount the insurance was giving us. So I had a man accident on the front end of my car! I took it to valley Honda collision center! They said it would take 4 days. Which was fine by me! Couldn’t wait to get my CRV all fixed up. She looked sad and bruised The staff is amazing! So friendly! They called me three days later and said she’s all fixed up and ready to go! When I got there I couldn’t wait to see her back to normal! Well….. All I can say is WOW! How do you possibly make a car look Better (like new)! I kid you not!! My car looks brand new!!! If you are ever in need for your wrecked vehicle… VALLEY HONDA COLLISION CENTER in Turtle Creek is the place to go!!! I so appreciate all the hard work they put into my car! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very quick and professional, my car was hit in the parking lot by somebody who unfortunately was not caught and they completed an estimate and explained in detail everything that needed to be completed. I am just waiting on parts and my insurance company to complete everything so I can bring it back to be fixed.
