I was so impressed with the timely manner in which they processed and shipped the jacket, especially with it being 1 week before Xmas. I was also very pleased with the fast process of my return and refund of the wrong size jacket. This company is definitely professional and efficient in the way they treat their customers. Also make sure if you need customer service or layaway to go in the correct line which is to the left. If you stand in the sale line you will be redirected and that's a pain. ?”

“Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!”

“Some people say Hot Topic isn't the same anymore, but it's also not the edgy 2000s anymore!The store is always neat and clean. There's never any obstacles (besides people). They're too expensive for me on typical, but I still get specially stuff, like my Sailor Moon swimsuit.That said, I ran into a hitch where online had some MAJOR issues, including sending the wrong sizes. Online didn't/couldn't fix it, but a manager recently fixed the issue by replacing it. Thanks!Nothing I can really complain about save for prices, which is out of the store's control anyhow.”

“A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”

I bought 6 items but left with only 3 and didn’t realize it until I got home and settled in. Due to how much I spent on 6 items and only left with 3, I gave myself no choice but to go back and reclaim the remaining items I paid for. I was praying I wouldn’t have to go through any hassle, but when I came back, the items I left were already put to the side with a note specifying that it was forgotten. The cashier responsible for putting my things to the side I believe was KNAOHUE ??? I definitely think I butchered the name I apologize. I value this type of customer service. It might not mean much to other ppl, but this service made my day.”

“Today I was so impressed by a young man's customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didn't have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days .The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant.”
