I came wanting to renew my car's registration, but turns out my dealership messed up and didn't complete my paperwork. The staff here went above and beyond to help me understand what might have happened and to check with the dealership. I did, and the new dealership manager finally resolved it. Will come back again next year to renew my car.

Been over a month and still waiting for a title to come in. If you’re looking for quick service go to another Wiggins that’s not co-owned by a cheap person who refuses to invest in their electronic systems and get with the times.

This place is ridiculous. Racism is an understatement. Old ignorant people who think they are doing gods work by holding registration tags hostage. I will never go to thorndale again. Especially the guy in the wheelchair. He is the worst.
