Work is usually done quickly unless something is beyond their control, i.e. parts on backorder. Vehicles look like new when they're complete. I've used larger name body shops who charge a little more whose work isn't on the same level as these guys. One shop added extra work for more money like dropping an axle to change a quarter panel (two other shops quoted without needing to) and the car had to be detailed twice because it wasn't buffed enough the first and second time. Plus I'm sure my "new" door was from a junkyard because the mirror didn't sit right. I've never had issues like that with Barnes. They're a perfect mix of speed and quality.
