I'm just a small production, home wood shop guy, but they treated me well. Gave me a tour of their plant, and showed me their process. I realize they cant do this for everyone all the time, but they had the time and gave me a little bit of it, and I was glad to spend my money there. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
