As a previous worker it makes me sad. the owner does not provide new/age appropriate toys, or equipment for the children, it is understaffed and a stressful environment when staff ask for these things and there is no accommodation. Also, they can’t keep staff because of those conditions. If you can’t take care of your staffs needs how can the staff efficiently take care of the children’s developmental and everyday needs? Right, they can’t. Very disappointed.
