Very nice and caring staff. As I get older it gets harder to get blood out of me but the girls here are so understanding and careful and I can't say how much I appreciate that extra level of care!

Where they check you in everyone in the waiting room can hear your conversation with the front desk, and they don't hold back about discussing why you are here while everyone is listening, there's literally a chair to sit and wait in right next to the receptionist/check in desk, no hand soap in the bathroom and you have to touch the paper towel dispenser to use it, one of the ceiling blocks is open and you can see the insulation and ventilation ducts in the ceiling, very uncomfortable visit here and I will not come back.

Went in today to get bloodwork done. Their fax machine has been out all week as I was very rudely informed, like it was somehow my fault and I should have known. People like this need to be put out of a job so do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The ladies that work here are awful. Brought in my 92 year grandfather and they were beyond rude especially the lady behind the desk and answering phones.

I went to Viewmont medical labs today, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff, they took me right back to fill out my insurance and paperwork. She ended up having to call my doctor because the test they ordered they didnt do but, she got the doctor to agree to a similar test. (I wish I could remember her name) but she was so nice and helpful made me feel at ease and, laugh! These places usually dont make you feel comfortable but she did and it made a difference. Also the place was very clean which is a huge plus! It was super quick maybe 15 minutes.

Awful! Waited ov r 40 minutes. 1 worker. Then worker decides to chit chat with another worker while 4 people waited in waiting room
