The employees here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We interacted with Derrek and the store manager Jen for a couple of hours while they both helped us pick pillows and a new mattress. All of our questions were answered quickly and fully every time. Most positive bed-buying experience I've ever had in my life.

we had an agreement with sleep number and when the product was delivered the base was one piece. it could not go up our stairway. what did sleep number do to resolve their lack of clarity? NOTHING! TOLD ME I CAN HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE BED IN SEVEN WEEKS. I canceled and now have no bed to sleep on. I have bought two previous beds from sleep number and this is the customer service I get. If anyone is in the market for a new mattress and box spring this is the place to go. Great prices and very knowledgeable on what I was looking for in a bed and my price range. Manager was a great and how he represented himself and the business. I will definitely be buying more products from them. Great job gentlemen.
