I give this place 5 stars! I have a “Sama”original custom made engagement ring. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this beautifully designed ring. I recommend this jewelry shop to everybody. It has wonderful customer service and affordable jewelry.

This place is horrible , I went there for a prize and I said is ok thank you and this lady I believe the wife she was rude and said to me go go she was mad that I didn't sell it to her and told me go go very rude never again.

I must say that I had a pleasurable experience at Adam's Jewelry store. They were courteous, professional and very experienced with the watches that needed repair. Prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this jeweler.

So this guy tried to tell me my 48.5 gram of 14 kt w rope was worth 525 dollars. He was not familiar that there is a daily price of gold. He basically tried to rob me right to my face. Most unprofessional business in PA . They offered to give me 30% of what my 14k gold was worth, when I told him he was crazy, he told me good luck. He offered 500, the next day I went to a reputable jewelry store and got 1200 for my chain. This place is a joke.

Don’t let the appearance fool you, a great hidden gem of the poconos, you can get some great deals here. The guy behind the counter will work with you to get you a decent piece at a decent price if your serious .

Went in to have a couple of links removed from a new watch band. He removed the links but dented and scratched the adjacent links on the band. Will not be going back and warning others to stay away.
